Essential Wellness was born on the premise that we can achieve and maintain health and wellness by focusing on the three components of our being: Body, Mind and Spirit. This blog is intended as a way for me to share my journey of discovering the benefits of incorporating simple and holistic habits into my daily living. My goal is to inform and inspire folks through sharing information on a variety of topics related to the body, mind, and spirit; offer ideas and DIY solutions for chemical-free living; share relevant pieces of my spiritual journey; and offer an opportunity to build community through dialogue.
